Click to enlargeIf you're looking for the Shadow Company USB in MW2 DMZ, you must first figure out where the Ashika Island Beach Club is. Head to map cell F8 right on the southwestern side of Ashika Island, and there should be a circular building jetting off from a thin bridge.
While it might now seem like a simple case of just heading inside and finding the USB - it is actually a bit more complicated, and rather dangerous too.
The USB stick is actually found within a container underneath the Beach Club, where part of it has sunken into the sea. What you will want to do is get as close as possible and then dive underwater to get inside.

Specifically, the cache that holds the Shadow Company USB is on the south side of the Beach Club, at around 6 o'clock if you were looking at the hut like a clock face on the map. When you dive underwater you will need to break through the window with a melee attack, and if you can't immediately see the cache your best course of action is to resurface to gain oxygen again.
