As you progress through Tier 3 of the Black Mous faction, you will receive the MW2 DMZ Favor for a Friend mission. The people of Al Mazrah have sacrificed a lot, so this MW2 DMZ mission is all about repaying the favour.

The MW2 DMZ Favor for a Friend mission tasks you with retrieving some personal items for an informant named Rami. Rami was recently forced out of Al Mazrah by Al-Qatala. To complete this mission, you must find and extract Rami's watch, heart necklace, and photo.

To locate these valuables, you will want to head to the Sattiq Cave Complex. All three of the friend's items rest in the vicinity of a small house in the village north of Sattiq Cave Complex. 

This area usually doesn't have too many AQ Soldiers wandering about, but there may be a few that you will need to defeat.

Beside the house the informant was staying in is an elevated water tank. You can find the friend's watch hidden beneath the water tank. Go prone beside the water tank until you find an angle that allows you to snatch the watch.

Out in the backyard of Rami's house, underneath a canopy and between a wooden fence and an outdoor storage cabinet, is a bush. Approach the bush, and you will find the friend's heart necklace stashed inside.

Inside the house is a bed situated in the corner across from the kitchen area. The friend's photo is under the bed. Hop up onto the bed and look down to grab Rami's photo.
