Where to find the Zarqwa Hydroelectric Dead Drop in MW2 DMZ

Locating the Zarqwa Hydroelectric Dead Drop is an important part of the Medical Mule faction mission for the White Lotus, as players will need to deliver Revive Pistols and IFAKs to it. 

This can be difficult as the Dead Drop is located in an area that is infested with AI enemies, and there is a chance that a Juggernaut can spawn there. Despite this, the Dead Drop is pretty easy to spot. So, we'll run through how to get there below. 

Zarqwa Hydroelectric is located around the middle of the Al Mazrah map, just north of Zaya Observatory, and southwest of Al Mazrah City. The POI itself is pretty easy to locate, as you can just follow one of the rivers from the east of Zaya Observatory to get there.

Once you locate the area, you will need to head toward the island in the middle of the POI. Proceed carefully from here, as there are lots of enemies. We also suggest you stock up on ammo and armour before reaching this POI.

Before crossing the water to the island section, south of it there is a gas station (marked on the map above), where you can find the Dead Drop dumpster against the wall. 

Just head over to the dumpster and drop in the aforementioned items, which will tick off two objectives for the Medical Mule faction mission.
