By purchasing the Vault Edition, you can get the FJX Cinder Weapon Vault in Modern Warfare 2. The said edition also comes with Red Team 141 Operator Pack, premium battle pass access, 50 tier skips, XP bonus, and other rewards under a single package that costs 99.99 USD, or cheaper to upgrade if you've already purchased the standard edition.

Granted, you have the Modern Warfare 2 Vault Edition and are not facing any bugs loading its content; you can go to Custom Loadouts and select the FJX Cinder M4. You will find all the attachments for the weapon platform unlocked and ready to use from the get-go. Select the attachments that you want to use with the weapon. And use the Skins option to select the FJX Cinder versions of the respective attachments.
The FJX Cinder Weapon Vault allows you to apply skins to each weapon attachment, unlike traditional Blueprints that unlocked skins for a particular weapon theme. And when players swapped in different attachments, the new ones had a standard look, while the remaining parts followed the skin theme.
