One of the benefits of the Vault Edition is that it gives you exclusive access to the 'Red Team 141 Pack', which are a set of skins for the four operators, but you of course get the operators themselves with those skins.
The Vault Edition of Modern Warfare 2 does come in at £99.99/$99.99, which is quite a hefty price to pay if you're just wanting the skins, so it might not be worth it at this current point in time.

Will You Be Able To Buy Taskforce 141 Operators In The Future?
Click to enlargeIt would be very surprising if the Vault Edition remained the only way to get your hands on the four Taskforce 141 operators though, especially as the skins released are somewhat of a 'variant' look to the characters.
They will undoubtedly come to a battle pass or the store in the future, so you will be able to pick them up independently then. However, at this current time there is no information regarding when that will happen, or whether it will happen at all, so we will all just have to wait and see.
