How To Gain Shield While Emoting In Fortnite: Shield Keg
Click to enlargeUsing a Shield Keg is probably the most straightforward way to get this Week 9 Seasonal Quest done. You can find Shield Kegs in Floor Loot, Chests, and Supply Drops. Shield Kegs are also sold by Lt. John Llama, Galactico, and The Scientist for 250 Gold Bars.
Toss a Shield Keg on the ground and it'll start sprinkling Shield in the surrounding radius. The Shield Keg replenishes a generous four Shield per second to anyone standing nearby.
Stand near an active Shield Keg and start emoting to satisfy this unique Challenge.

How To Gain Shield While Emoting In Fortnite: Slurp Mushrooms And Klomberries
Click to enlargeSlurp Mushrooms and Klomberries are unique in that they provide healing over time. This means you can eat one, start emoting, and you'll continue to gain Shield, sort of like the long-lost Slurp Juice. You can find Slurp Mushrooms and Klomberries in Fortnite Produce Boxes. Additionally, Slurp Mushrooms exist naturally in the Reality Bloom Biome, while Klomberries are everywhere around the Island in small bushes.
How To Gain Shield While Emoting In Fortnite: Ask A Friend For Help
Click to enlargeObviously, most methods of consuming Shield in Fortnite cannot be done while simultaneously emoting. However, if you have a friend willing to help, there are some sneaky ways to complete this Quest.
Chug Splashes explode on impact, healing everyone in the splash zone. So, if you find a couple of Chug Splashes in Floor Loot, Chests, Supply Drops, or even a Supply Llama, drop them to your squadmate and ask that they use one on you. Begin emoting, and then tell your friend to hit you with a Chug Splash.
You can do the same thing with a Chug Cannon too. Supply Llamas drop this Exotic Item at random, but Kyle at The Chop Shop also sells Chug Cannons for 600 Gold Bars.
Dance away while a friend heals you with Chug Splashes or a Chug Cannon to complete this Challenge.
