Although The Nine of Knives in FF16 is one of the easiest Hunts to run into, if you haven't come across it yet, you'll want to know where it can be located in the game, as it can provide some pretty nice rewards.

As you explore the many Kingdoms of Valisthea in Final Fantasy 16, you'll come across side activities like 'Plus symbol' side quests, to Hunts, all of which help to flesh out the world that Clive resides within.

Completing Hunts provides players with everything from XP to additional AP, also known as Ability Points, so they're a lucrative option that should not be overlooked. So, as we've done with all hunt locations on the Hunt Board, let's get into where to find The Nine of Knives in Final Fantasy 16

Where can you find The Nine of Knives in Final Fantasy 16?

The Final Fantasy 16 The Nine of Knives hunt location is slightly north of The Jaw Obelisk fast travel point in the Dhalmekian Republic - making it one of the simpler Notorious Marks to find in the game.

Once you arrive at The Jaw Obelisk, quickly walk up the path to the checkpoint marked in the image above, and you'll see the Class A level 38 boss standing above several corpses. Walk close enough and The Nine of Knives hunt's battle will be underway.

Fitting his description as a bloodthirsty brigand, the boss fight in the Final Fantasy 16 The Nine of Knives hunt will see you faced with a variety of fast physical attacks which quickly close the distance to deal large amounts of damage.

In this case, it's key to keep dodging and time the use of Lunge the get back up close and hit with Eikon attacks between The Nine of Knives' own moves.  The only attack to really look out for though is Poison Mist, an exhaled poisonous mist which will knock you out and inflicts away a decent amount of HP at the same time.

So, as soon as you see the "Poisonous Mist" text on-screen or see him about exhale and breathe out, evade to the side right away to slash back whilst the Brigand's finishing the attack.

As a reward for defeating The Nine of Knives hunt boss, you'll receive 5000 Exp, 50 AP, 10500 Gil, 30 Renown, 25 x Wyrrite, and 2 x Meteorite

That's all you need to know about how to find the Final Fantasy 16 The Nine of Knives hunt location - along with the best strategy and FF16 rewards you'll get upon completion.
