Ludwig "Ludwig" Ahgren has defeated the final boss in Elden Ring, bringing to an end his epic four-day long playthrough stream.

Elden Ring may have only been released on February 25, but already it has taken the world by storm as players continue to dedicate hours, and even days, into beating the game. Content creators have also been flocking to jump on the Elden Ring hype and stream their playthroughs of the new RPG, including Felix "xQc" Lengyel who gave his final review of the game after defeating the final boss

Now, YouTuber Ludwig has added his name to the list of prolific streamers to have finally finished the game after defeating the final boss. His victory follows his livestream of his grilling Elden Ring playthrough in which he vowed he would not stop streaming until he completed the game.

When Did Ludwig Start And Finish His Elden Ring Livestream?

Ludwig first started his livestream on February 24, vowing that he wouldn’t stop streaming until he finished Elden Ring. Making sure to take plenty of well-earned breaks and have a decent amount of sleep, the 26-year-old finally defeated Elden Ring’s final boss on February 28, bringing his four-day-long stream to an epic close.

Sadly, there aren’t any clips of Ludwig’s Elden Ring stream as of writing. However, according to Dot Esports, the YouTuber managed to rake in an average of 17,000 viewers throughout the stream. He also apparently died up to 701 times throughout the playthrough.

How Did Ludwig React To Finishing Elden Ring?

Following on from his win, Ludwig took to Twitter in which he celebrated his win and poked fun at some players who have compared the fantasy RPG to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. In the tweet, the YouTuber joked: “Beat Elden scrolls so now I’m doing my civic duty and sh*tting on streamers for not beating every boss first try.”

Any Elden Ring players who are struggling to defeat the various bosses, don’t be too disheartened. The game’s director Hidetaka Miyazaki has already had to apologise for Elden Ring’s difficulty.

Ludwig is certainly no stranger to painfully long streams and subathons. However, completing a non-stop livestream of Elden Ring is certainly no mean feat. So, chances are, Ludwig will be taking a well-earned break following his perilous journey across the Lands Between.
