Kaitlyn "Amouranth" Siragusa has shocked fans after announcing she is officially leaving OnlyFans, one of her most profitable ventures.

Amouranth may be best known as Twitch's most popular female streamer, but the 28-year-old actually has a wealth of other projects that help bring in the dollar. For example, as well as her Twitch subs, she also has her YouTube channel, multiple stock market investments, and she even owns her very own 7/11 gas station. However, it's her OnlyFans account that brings in the big bucks, with Amouranth earning mind-blowing amounts by pay-walling some of her sauciest pictures and videos.

However, the content creator has now revealed that she is retiring from her career as an "e-girl" and is planning to quit OnlyFans due to a "career pivot."

Why Is Amouranth Leaving OnlyFans?

In a surprising Twitter post on April 13, Amouranth announced that she plans to retire from OnlyFans. With fans in shock, the ASMR streamer tweeted: "End of an era. It's time to stop being an e-girl cold turkey and quit OnlyFans." As to why she has decided to make the shocking move, Amouranth stated that she had invested "350,000-$400,000" into "Twitch content."

Teasing that she wouldn't reveal any further information about this content until the end of the week, Amouranth explained that she has been looking for a career change for some time and this opportunity seemed perfect for her. She stated: "Outcome is binary, either it works or it doesn't. We're all-in. I've often talked about a career pivot. But I've sort of been picking my spot, investing, accruing capital and deploying it when opportunities make sense. This is the first time I put considerable time, muscle, and dinero behind the efforts."

The news came as a particular surprise to Amouranth's fans given how she has grown into one of the most popular creators on OnlyFans and pulled in huge sums of money through her content. In one instance, she earned $300,000 with just one NSFW video. However, Amouranth revealed that she is going down a new career path in "legacy media."

When Is Amouranth Leaving OnlyFans?

Any Amouranth OnlyFans users don't need to panic just yet as Amouranth stated she won't be leaving the platform until June. Until then, she claimed she's going to go "all out" with a "grand finale" before she leaves. However, she kept any details as to what exactly she has planned for the big finish a very tight secret. Yet, we'll no doubt hear more in the lead-up to her retirement.

So, it's the end of the road for Amouranth's e-girl career. However, with an increasingly diversified portfolio, it is unlikely she will ever be stuck for cash. Not to mention, with her pursuing a new career in "legacy media", things are certainly on the up for Amouranth.
