To unlock the Bloody Mess Mastery blueprint for the BAS-P SMG in the game, you must defeat at least 5 of the 6 bosses of the Operation Nightmare event. The bosses and their locations are:

The Butcher Al-Samman Cemetery, Zaya Observatory, Al-Mazrah City, Zarqwah Hydroelectric
Ghost Train The Al-Mazrah train
Swamp Creature Mawizeh Marsh
The Pharaoh Oasis
UFO Sawah Village
Evil Spirits Al-Malik Airport, Al Mazrah City, Safwa Quarry, Al Samman Cemetery

As mentioned, taking out five of these will reward you with a unique blueprint. All of the bosses are quite tough and require proper planning. Bringing a squad is recommended as it will not only help you but also other members.
