Other than using cheats, it is possible to change werewolf temperaments through gameplay. First, you'll need to acquire enough werewolf perk points to purchase the 'Lunar Howl' ability. This ability requires you to howl outside at night, for a random shuffle of your four allocated temperaments.

A Lunar Howl can only be performed once per night and all temperaments are randomised without the ability to keep any selected ones.
