To start the process for finding the Raft Crane Key, first you will need to navigate toward the region called Varuna Point 6277. It's difficult to miss due to the massive yellow crane and the construction rising out of the sea. You can climb up the crane by doing jumping puzzles up various boxes, and before long you can climb the ladder to the controls area, where it will inform you that you need the Crane Key.

From here, you can jump right into the water, and nearby there will be an underwater building with a spotlight that's pointing towards an opening and some jelly fish. The jelly fish will block the opening, but they have an animation where they move out of the way, so time it just right and swim through the middle of them. There is a large area inside of here with various floors that you can explore for resources, notes, collectibles, and specifically four Spotlight parts.

After collecting the parts, go back to the entrance and swim out past the jelly fish. Below you, there will be another spotlight that's broken and pointing down toward a long glass tube and some jelly fish blocking an entrance. Interact with the spotlight and it will turn on, causing the jelly fish to move.

Once inside the tunnel, move ahead where you will see the letter G spray-painted on a wall and a doorway that leads into a room where you can swim up and out of the water. Keep following the path ahead of you, avoiding the various traps along the walls and floors, and continuing to climb up. It's also a good tactic to follow the G spray paint.

Soon, you will get to a room where you can drop down onto a forklift, and you will find an Advanced Headlight blueprint and the Motherlode Key. Climb up the boxes on the other side of the room and continue onward. Eventually, you will come to a doorway with a drawing next to it, which marks the Motherlode.

Open the door and jump down into the water. You will want to follow the colourful coral downwards where you will come to another G on the wall. Next to this is a large garage door you can open with the Motherlode Key, which lets you continue to go downwards. Finally, you should come to another glass walkway which leads to a larger garage door with a G spray-painted on it. Once you reach this, a Rhino Shark will suddenly burst through and give you an opening. Go in and start the boss fight.

The Rhino Shark fight is pretty simple, and there are three phases to it. In the arena where you fight it, there will be four giant pillars and a pile of explosive barrels in the centre. You need to get the Rhino Shark to try and ram you when you are next to a pillar, causing it to hit the pillar and make a hole. After this, pick up one of the explosive barrels from the centre of the room and place it in the opening, while getting the Rhino Shark to ram you again.

The shark will be stunned for a few seconds after hitting the explosive barrel, and it will also open a hole at the top of the pillar for you to swim inside and progress to the next arena. Repeat this same process in this arena to take you into the third and final arena. At the centre of this final arena is one pillar, but you still need to do the same process of getting the Raft Rhino Shark to ram it and then put an explosive barrel inside. After the shark hits the final barrel, it will die, giving you an achievement and allowing you to swim up through another hole in the ceiling.

Once you swim up again, you will find some stairs leading out of the water, and a hallway leading to an office room. On the desk there is a Wind Turbine blueprint and the Raft Crane Key.

Jump up into the gap in the ceiling, then you can follow a series of pipes upwards toward a door and get back to the spotlight where you first entered the facility. Swim up, make your way to the crane itself, and you can now interact with it. This will cause you to drop a giant pile of bricks onto an adjacent building, creating a hole.

Zipline down to this hole and then slowly make your down before coming across a room with a blue carpet, and a desk which has an Advanced Battery blueprint and a note on it.
