As announced on the official PlayStation blog, you can watch the PlayStation showcase on its YouTube channel or Twitch channel. The date and time for the PlayStation Showcase broadcast is on Wednesday, 24 May at 1PM PT/9pm BST.

Focusing on the PS5 and PS VR2 titles currently in development, this May 2023 PlayStation showcase will be running for "a bit over an hour". Along with new titles from PlayStation Studios, the blog also explains we'll be getting a look at games from third-party and indie studios as well.

Also being three months after the release of the PSVR 2, a deeper roadmap into the virtual reality's list of upcoming games is more than welcome. That's especially since it still only has a few big titles out right now including Horizon Call of the Mountain, Gran Turismo 7, and Resident Evil Village.

With the mention of getting a look at games from PlayStation's first-party studios, the most prominent one on everyone's minds will surely be more details about Insomniac's Spider-Man 2. After all, we've yet to see proper gameplay or a release date while it's still scheduled to come out this year - which is likely what the PlayStation Showcase is ready to reveal.

With the additional mention of third-party as well, games still slated for this year with no release date, like Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed Mirage, could also be on the cards. Also still set for a 2023 release, and with the series' titles usually having Q3 releases, more information on Assassin's Creed's story into 9th century Baghdad is more than likely.

That's all there is to know for now about the PlayStation Showcase May 2023 broadcast on how to watch the stream along with the date and time.
