How to unlock the FJX Imperium Intervention in MW2 & Warzone 2
The FJX Imperium is Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2's take on the classic Intervention Sniper Rifle. So, if you're feeling nostalgic, keep reading to learn how to unlock the weapon in MW2 and Warzone 2.
How do you unlock the FJX Imperium Intervention?
The FJX Imperium Intervention is a free reward in the Season 3 Battle Pass for MW2 and Warzone 2. While we don't know exactly which Sector the FJX Imperium Intervention resides in yet, expect it to be relatively deep in the Battle Pass and assigned as a High-Value Target (HVT). To unlock the iconic Intervention Sniper Rifle, you will need quite a few Battle Token Tier Skips.
Click to enlargeYou will have the entirety of Season 3 to earn Battle Token Tier Skips naturally, so don't feel rushed to unlock the FJX Imperium right away. However, if you can't wait to get your hands on this piece of Call of Duty history, you can purchase Battle Toke Tier Skips with COD Points to get the Intervention immediately.
Once Season 3 ends, any players that still don't have the FJX Imperium Intervention unlocked can get it by completing an unrevealed Weapon Unlock Challenge or purchasing an FJX Imperium Blueprint in the in-game store.
Rewind back to 2019, starting April 12, 2023, when the FJX Imperium Intervention shows up in the Season 3 Battle Pass.
FJX Imperium Intervention overview
The Intervention Sniper Rifle is an all-time fan-favourite Call of Duty weapon. Not much can beat the feeling of securing a one-shot kill with this bolt-action beauty.

As one of the first weapons you unlock in 2019's Modern Warfare 2, the Intervention quickly rose in popularity. The Intervention was the Sniper Rifle of choice for the majority of players and is a staple of many famous montages from the original Modern Warfare 2.
Rebranded as the FJX Imperium, the vintage Intervention Sniper Rifle arrives in MW2 and Warzone 2 starting April 12, 2023, with Season 3.
