The HUENEME CONCORD error code has a habit of popping up at the worst times. This situation is unfortunately common for Modern Warfare 2 players, but thankfully there are some things you can do to help alleviate the issue. So, here's everything you need to know about fixing the issue and getting back to gaming:

How to fix the error

While there is no official explanation for why players are experiencing the error, it's likely due to an issue with the server connection. One workaround is to keep hitting the 'Retry' button that appears on the screen. Eventually, the error should resolve itself.

However, if you're still struggling, there are still a few more things you can try:

  • Check your internet connection - it may be that your console or PC has lost connection to the internet, so ensure that your WiFi password is entered correctly and your device is connected to your router.
  • Restart your router - if you're having trouble getting your device to connect to your router, or you can't seem to access the internet, it might be time to reset your router. Turn it off at the wall for at least 10 seconds before switching it back on again.
  • Check for updates or verify the integrity of your game files - this is the last resort but may end up fixing your HUENEME CONCORD MW2 issues.
    • On PlayStation, press the 'Options' button on the Modern Warfare 2 icon and choose the 'Check for updates' option.
    • On Xbox, go to the 'My Games and Apps' section of the dashboard. Navigate to 'Manage' and then select 'Updates'. Look here for any potential updates for Modern Warfare 2.
    • On Steam, right-click on Modern Warfare 2 in your library and select 'Properties'. Click on the 'Local Files' tab and click 'Verify integrity of game files'.

After trying each of these methods, you should have fixed the error. For more Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 guides, check out this complete MW2: all maps list and make sure to get all the info you need in the MW2 and Warzone 2 update patch notes.
