If you happen to live in one of these countries and can make your way to a Burger King, you will be able to order a special MWII meal that comes with a one-hour double XP boost, and a free Operator skin that comes with a Burger Town shirt. Theoretically, you could order multiple of these to keep getting double XP boosts, but your money may be better spent elsewhere.
If you happen to live in the UK, you can still take advantage of a fast food promotion with Papa Johns, however it doesn't come with a double XP boost. For this, you will need to order the Call of Duty bundle meal, which will allow you to redeem an exclusive emblem, calling card, and weapon charm.
There are guaranteed to be more promotions like these which offer rewards in-game and double XP boosts in the future. Call of Duty also has double XP events somewhat regularly, so you should be able to take advantage of these to reach the higher levels quickly.
