Looking to get some MW2 double XP once the multiplayer launches on October 28? Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is the latest entry in the long-running and very popular COD franchise, and as one of the biggest IPs on the planet, there are plenty of promotions for the game. One such one, is the Burger King promo which allows you to earn some in-game benefits, so check out how to get the MW2 double XP.

Firstly, it's important to note that the MW2 double XP promotion for Burger King isn't available everywhere, and you can only take advantage of this if you live in France, Netherlands, Poland, or Portugal. If you happen to live in one of these countries and can make your way to a Burger King, you will be able to order a special MWII meal that comes with a one-hour double XP boost, and a free Operator skin that comes with a Burger Town shirt. Theoretically, you could order multiple of these to keep getting double XP boosts, but your money may be better spent elsewhere.

If you happen to live in the UK, you can still take advantage of a fast food promotion with Papa Johns, however it doesn't come with a double XP boost. For this, you will need to order the Call of Duty bundle meal, which will allow you to redeem an exclusive emblem, calling card, and weapon charm.

There are guaranteed to be more promotions like these which offer rewards in-game and double XP boosts in the future. Call of Duty also has double XP events somewhat regularly, so you should be able to take advantage of these to reach the higher levels quickly.

That's all for our explainer of how to get MW2 double XP with Burger King, and now you will be able to redeem your boost.

We also cover how to get Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 campaign rewards, which you can carry over into the multiplayer portion.
