The most common ways to gain the key is by killing enemies and looting them, finishing HVT contracts, or looting containers.
After you've collected the key, make your way to the northern side of the Sattiq Cave Complex, marked on the map above. This is a rocky area full of AI enemies, so be careful and move slowly, eliminating enemies as you go.
Eventually, you will come across the area we have marked on the map, which is an entrance to the cave complex itself. Enter here, and defeat the enemies found immediately inside.

As always, you will need to be careful when approaching this area as there are plenty of AI foes either on the approach to the location or directly surrounding the loot itself. Your best course of action is to either approach with an armoured vehicle - both for speed and protection - or to jump in with a squad who can protect you.
