Back in late 2019, the gaming world was pleasantly surprised by the announcement of Kerbal Space Program 2. The fine folks behind the original are bringing back their indie darling for a sequel, and by all accounts, Kerbal Space Program 2 is shaping up to take the series to new horizons. Since the announcement, there hasn't been a huge amount of release date information. Here is everything we know so far about Kerbal Space Program 2, and when we can expect to play it.

Kerbal Space Program 2: Announcement and Trailers
As said, the game was originally announced back in 2019 with the release of a cinematic trailer. This trailer promised a whole new level of exploration and expansion, with many new kinds of vehicles and structures. Since then, there haven't been too many big public announcements from the game. The team have been hard at work, however, and this is evident from the Kerbal Space Program YouTube channel, where they have been posting regular updates.
Kerbal Space Program 2: Release Date
Kerbal Space Program 2 will arrive on February 24, 2023, so it's just a few weeks away. The game will come to PC, Xbox Series S|X, Xbox One, PS4, and PS5.
