One of the coolest new features in the Indigo Disk DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is the ability to fly around on your box art Legendary. However, you don't get the ability to do so until later in the DLC.

So, how do you actually fly on Koraidon and Miraidon in the game? That's what I'll be answering in this guide, so read on to find out everything you need to know.

How to fly using Koraidon and Miraidon

Before you can fly with Koraidon or Miraidon you'll need to beat the Indigo Disk storyline. You'll know you've beaten it when the credits roll. After that, head back to Blueberry Academy.

If you go to Classroom 3-2 you'll be able to talk to Amarys, who will teach you how to use Koraidon and Miraidon's flying ability permanently. If you remember, her Elite Four trial involved flying atop your Legendary.

All you need to do is press the left stick in while gliding and your Legendary Pokemon will start flying. You can fly in any direction without having to land. You can also alter the flying settings in the options menu if you want.

Can you fly anywhere in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet?

You can fly anywhere you want once you've unlocked the ability to do so. That means you can fly anywhere in Paldea or the two DLC areas, Kitakami and the Terarium.

I also recommend flying to the top of the Terarium for some special items. Just head to the centre and fly straight up to the Terarium's core.

And that's pretty much all you need to know about flying with Koraidon and Miraidon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet! Now you can fly around at will in any of the game's areas.
