It's not the worst bug that has plagued the experience, but nonetheless it's annoying as challenges are currently the only way players can level up on the battle pass. So there are some methods to work around your Halo Infinite weekly challenges not working, if you still run into the issue. Firstly, some people are reporting that challenges aren't being tracked when playing in groups with friends. An annoying, but easy fix for this is to solo queue, as it seems to get the challenges working again. You can play again with friends afterwards, but the issue can crop up again randomly. 

Another simple solution is to just restart your game, and upon logging back in, the challenges should start to track correctly again. This is another method that's a nuisance, but it does reportedly work and if you're able to load up the game quickly, it may be better than having to avoid playing with your friends.

The last ditch method for fixing the bug is by utilising the challenge swap items. These are consumables with one use, that unlock as you progress through the free track of the battle pass or by purchasing them from the store. Upon using them, you can choose to swap one of your challenges out for a different one, which should hopefully work. Obviously, if the bug has been affecting you from the beginning you may not have access to any challenge swap items yet, but the fix still works for those who do.
