How to find Golden Skulls in DMZ Season 3

DMZ players are jumping into Season 3 and one of the most exciting aspects of the update are the new missions and challenges available.

One in particular is causing a lot of trouble for DMZ fans and that's the Golden Skull, an incredibly rare item that cannot be crafted.

Instead, you have to search the map for this valuable prize, but with so many areas to explore, it can be difficult to know where to start.

Here are all the best locations to search for a Golden Skull in DMZ, but it's worth noting that finding this item will require a lot of luck.

Best spots to look for Golden Skulls in DMZ

Police Stations

Golden Skulls have an increased chance of spawning in Police Stations and as there are three on the map, these are great locations to start your search.

One is located in North-West Al Mazrah City, another is just North-East of Al Sharim Pass, and the last one can be found in South-East Sa'id City.

Remember, Police Stations are Strongholds so make sure you're prepared for a gunfight before you enter. If luck is on your side, you may find a Golden Skull, but this may take a lot of attempts.

Sawah Hotel

Out of all the locations, the Sawah Hotel will give you the best chance at finding a Golden Skull in DMZ.

You'll need to go to rooms 302 & 303 at the top of Sawah Hotel and be equipped with a Skeleton Key. If you're unsure on how to craft one of these items, check out our Skeleton Key guide.

After entering the rooms, you can gather all of the loot and hopefully, you'll receive a Golden Skull. If not, it'll just be a case of repeating the process as finding one all comes down to luck.
