Solomon Reed

One of the major new players in the Phantom Liberty expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 is Solomon Reed, voiced by famous actor Idris Elba. He's known for works like The Wire, Luther and the Thor movies. He also voiced characters in The Jungle Book (2016) and Finding Dory.

Songbird

New character Song So Mi "Songbird" is voiced by Minji Chang. She's best known for previous roles in Lisa Mania and Honestly.

V

The player character has two different voice actors depending on the voice you choose. The female voice for V is performed by Cherami Leigh, while the male voice for V is voiced by Gavin Drea.

Johnny Silverhand

Johnny Silverhand returns, and he's still voiced by the ever-popular Keanu Reeves. Reeves is best known for his performances in popular films like The Matrix and John Wick.

Rosalind Myers

Rosalind Myers is the president of the New United States of America, and the main figure the plot of the Phantom Liberty expansion revolves around. She's voiced by actor Kay Bess.

Kurt Hansen

Hansen is the leader of the Barghest, and basically controls Dogtown - the area the DLC takes place. Kurt Hansen is voiced by actor Eliah Mountjoy.

Alena Xenakis (Alex)

Alena Xenakis, who goes by the nickname Alex, is an undercover agent in the game. You'll be working alongside her during the DLC's story, and she's voiced by Yvonne Senat Jones.

Stella Ramos

Stella Ramos isn't a main part of the game's story, but she's got a large quest associated with her. More importantly she's connected to Cyberpunk Edgerunners, the popular anime spin-off, and she's voiced by Suzi Hunter.
