New World Banned Twitch Streamer For Milking A Cow
Amazon's New World has been accused of "milking" it, with one streamer being left frustrated by her ban from the open-world video game. In one of the strangest turn of events we can remember, it looks like she was permanently kicked from the game's servers for milking a cow on her stream.
While everything nowadays is pitched as the new something, New World is being billed as the new Warcraft and is doing its best to break into the hotly contested massively multiplayer online role-playing game genre. As players get to grip with this Colonial-set juggernaut, it's not just the fact New World is breaking computers and dividing streamers that have left some unimpressed.
Why was someone banned from New World for milking a cow?
A lucky few have been able to enjoy New World ahead of its full release at the end of the month, but as the closed beta comes to a close, streamer AnnieFuchsia is unable to explore the supernatural realm of Aeternum.
Someone has captured the moment a confused AnnieFuchsia was booted off New World. Unless you're seeing something we're not, AnnieFuchsia was minding her own business and milking a cow for resources. Although she got to collect a bottle of the white stuff, she was then slapped with a permaban.
A clearly shocked AnnieFuchsia simply exclaimed "what" when she was met with the message. There was plenty of confusion, especially because the word permanent was spelled wrong. Still, it was the real deal, and she was banned from New World. Considering New World has overtaken the likes of Call of Duty: Warzone on Twitch, a permaban could seriously affect AnnieFuchsia's pocket.
Is AnnieFuchsia still banned from New World?
While the whole thing sounds udderly ridiculous, it turns out it was all a misunderstanding. World of Warcraft creator Asmongold came to AnnieFuchsia's rescue and vowed to get her back in New World. "I was calling you because my chat was telling me you got banned", said Asmongold.
"I talked to someone from New World. They’re watching the stream and they said it was an accident, and they’re looking into it". A still confused AnnieFuchsia asked, "So it's okay to milk cows?", as Asmongold responded, "Unfortunately". The pair chuckled as AnnieFuchsia said, "What do you mean, unfortunately? That’s a great thing. It means we can drink milk".
So there we have it, milky mystery solved. AnnieFuchsia wasn't banned for any form of NSFW reason like milking too vigorously or turning her stream into an ASMR-inspired smut-fest. If you fancy yourself as a fair-haired milkmaid, rest assured that New World will let you milk cows until the cows come home.
