You'll need a primer on where to find and how to activate the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower, as if you're finding this early in your TotK journey, it can be hard to figure out how to proceed properly.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom follows the formula for Zelda set by Breath of the Wild, meaning players will need to spend time seeking out towers to help unlock the full Hyrule map. There are more actives puzzles for activating the towers this time though, meaning you don't just need to climb them in the game.

So, if you need help with activating the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower, we've got you covered.

The Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower is the first Skyview Tower you will come to when heading northeast from Lookout Landing. Head northeast from Lookout Landing and cross the two rivers between you and the tower.

When you get to the road, follow it north and then east, up into the hills. Once you get to the sign that welcomes you to Death Mountain, go off the road and climb the rest of the way up to the tower.

You'll also notice it before you arrive. Remember, it's a massive tower!

When you get to the door of the Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower, you will meet someone called Sawson. He will tell you that a piece of rubble from a sky island fell down and broke the top of the tower, and now no one can get in.

Here's how to activate the Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower:

  • Facing the door of the tower, look to your right.
  • You should find some more rubble falling from above. Use Recall on a chunk of rubble to send it skyward, with you on it.

  • Once you are high enough, jump off and glide to the top of the tower.
  • Knock the roof off, and you can easily drop down from above and inside the tower.
  • Once you are in, activate the tower and expand your map.

That is it for our Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower guide, and now you know how to get inside.
