Félix “xQc” Lengyel has skyrocketed in his career as a Twitch streamer ever since his departure from the Overwatch League in 2019. Now firmly a variety streamer, xQc has grown to be one of the biggest streamers on the Amazon-owned streaming platform. But who is the genius behind the success?

How old is xQc?

xQc was born on November 12, 1995, in the French-Canadian city of Laval, which is located close to Montreal, north of the US states of New York and Vermont.

Is xQc in a relationship?

Roommates, by the way. While it is a well-documented meme that he’s merely sharing an apartment with Twitch Streamer “adaptthebest”, we can safely assume that they’ve been a thing for a while now.

Where does xQc live?

Much like many Twitch streamers on the platform, xQc has found his way to Texas, currently living in Austin. However, he can be caught at his parent’s house streaming from there a couple of times a year. Initially, he’s from Laval, Quebec, Canada.

Does xQc have any pets?

xQc and adept don’t appear to have any pets.

How tall is xQc?

xQc is 6’2.

How much does xQc make, and what is his net worth?

His net worth is hard to judge. Since January 2019, xQc has held a Twitch subscriber number of at least 20000 subs, peaking as high as 63000 at the beginning of 2021. On top of that, we can assume that he’s getting sponsorship deals from various brands showing up on his stream and a salary from the organisations he’s been part of. Moreover, his donations also add to the pile. Even a conservative estimation would pin him as a millionaire by this point.

How many followers does xQc have?

On Twitch.tv, xQc is currently the fifth most followed streamer with 7.7 million followers. On his Twitter account, he’s creeping close to a million.

Did xQc go to university?

Yes! xQc started studying Humanities but later switched to Administration at CEGEP.

How old is xQc’s channel?

xQc started his Twitch stream initially in 2015 to find like-minded people to play amongst. When Overwatch launched in 2016, he started to take his streaming career more seriously while maintaining the dream of becoming a pro player first.

What games does xQc play?

xQc initially became known for his high energy Overwatch streams, and for most of his early career, he was known as a single-game-streamer only broadcasting Blizzard Entertainment’s hero shooter and even going pro in it, getting far enough to join the Overwatch League franchise Dallas Fuel in the first season.

What controversial comments has xQc made?

After a loss against regional rivals Houston Outlaws on January 20, 2018, which xQc was playing against with his team, the Dallas Fuel, xQc shared offensive comments towards Austin "Muma" Wilmot on his personal stream, which the Overwatch League suspended him for four matches for and fined him $2000. Merely two months later, xQc was banned for another four games for using a Twitch emote in a “racially disparaging manner”, according to the Overwatch League.

Throughout his streaming career, xQc has had polarising comments, though none of them arguably as severe as the two mentioned above. He remains a controversial figure who speaks his mind in moment-to-moment interactions with other players in his games or viewers on his stream.
