When you first start up the game, you will have six characters to choose from. The four eponymous Turtles, April O’Neil, and Master Splinter. Casey Jones is nowhere to be seen, but thankfully he is in the game. Unlocking Casey is fairly simple, you need to beat the game once with any character to get him on the team.

You can play as anyone you like, and can complete the game on any difficulty mode. So just play through the game as normal, either by yourself or with friends, and you will unlock Casey Jones after you reach the end.

Casey comes equipped with all of the sporting goods you would expect. He has his golf bag full of tricks, and he has no qualms using them. His classic hockey sticks, golf clubs and baseball bats are all brought to bear on the Foot clan, giving Casey plenty of options. He has lots of different weapon attacks, as well as a huge area of effect attack, making him great at clearing a room.

Casey Jones is the definition of a brawler, the poster boy for games like this. Casey would not look out of place in Streets of Rage, or any other classic brawler. His style and his gameplay mesh perfectly into a character every fan of the Turtles will need to unlock.
