MW2 & Warzone 2 Season 4 update patch notes: Cronen Squall, Fennec 45, more

The MW2 and Warzone 2 Season 4 patch notes are here and they've introduced a huge amount of fresh content to both titles.

With the arrival of the Vondel Resurgence map, the Tempus Razorback AR, the ISO 45 SMG, seven new multiplayer maps, and more, it's safe to say the devs haven't held back with the MW2 & Warzone 2 Season 4 update.

Before we dive into all of the weapon balance changes and bug fixes in the MW2 & WZ2 Season 4 patch notes, let's check out all of the main additions that have arrived with the Season 4 update:

Warzone 2 & DMZ Season 4 new features

• Vondel Resurgence map - New medium-sized map that's set to host Resurgence, DMZ, and the Lockdown LTM.
• Fresh features - New Tactical Amphibious Vehicle, dynamic fog, Reinforcement Flare Field Upgrade, and return of favourite supply boxes
• Al Mazrah Sandstorm - Al Mazrah has had some slight topographical changes for Season 4.
• Warzone 2 Ranked Reset - Ranked has been reset for Season 4 and new rewards are available to earn.
• Lockdown LTM - New limited-time mode coming on June 28 that's inspired by Hardpoint that's perfect for players who love holding down a power position.
• Health increased - Player health increased in WZ2 and DMZ from 100 to 150 base.
• Forward Operating Base for DMZ - New menu system for DMZ where players can organise objectives and take on Urgent Missions.

MW2 Season 4 new features

• New multiplayer maps - Six new multiplayer maps coming in Modern Warfare 2 Season 4.
• Three new weapons (Also included in WZ2) - Tonfa melee weapon, Tempus Razorback AR, and ISO 45 SMG.
• New Ranked Season - MW2 Season 4 introduces a new Ranked season with fresh rewards.
• New Playlist rotation - Search & Destroy, Prisoner Rescue to Expand to 12v12 for a Limited Time.
• New Battle Pass & BlackCell - New Battle Pass to complete and skins to collect.
