The Paperweights mission is causing quite a few headaches in MW2 DMZ, leaving many players wishing they just knew how to complete the task. Like many missions in MW2 DMZ, this particular one has you on the hunt for special items that you must safely extract from your deployment.

Want to find out how to complete this mission in the game? Make sure to check out the rest of this guide below for all of The Paperweight details - including the rewards too.

How do you complete The Paperweights mission?

In order to complete The Paperweights mission, you will need to find the Deal Documents, the Hard Drive, and the Letter. Thankfully, these three items are all located relatively close to each other - but that doesn't mean that the dangers of DMZ have all been averted.

There can be quite a few tricky AI foes around this area, and they tend to move in packs, so make sure to stay in the shadows or bring a few friends with you in order to ensure your safety.

Where can you find the Deal Documents?

For the Deal Documents, you must first head to the Sattiq Cave Complex point of interest on Al Mazrah, which is located around map cell D5. When in the area, head southeast of the main complex to find a crash site.

There should be a large box within this area, and on top of it should be the Deal Documents that you need for this mission. Pick up it and move on to the next area below.

Where can you find the Hard Drive?

You will want to head south of where you found the Deal Documents in order to locate the Hard Drive, as it is on top of the orange pipeline where the road bends into a U-shape.

It is probably best if you parachute from a raised area in order to reach this, as you might otherwise find yourself a bit stuck. You can leave this one until last, but the angle for parachuting is probably best from the north.

Where can you find the Letter?

The final part of The Paperweights mission in MW2 DMZ has you collecting the letter, which is found in another crash site slightly northwest of the Hard Drive, and to the west of the Deal Documents.

The Letter in question is found on top of a box within the crash site, so make sure to pick it up before you leave.

You must make sure to extract safely from this deployment as dying in the process will unfortunately mean having to start all over again. You can complete this mission over multiple deployments, but you must make sure to extract in every deployment that you pick up one of the items for it to count.

The Paperweights mission rewards

While perhaps not quite as exciting as some other missions, the rewards for The Paperweights in MW2 DMZ are the Quarry Workers Toolbox key and 10,000 XP.

Getting your hands on some extra XP is always going to be handy, and who knows what other goodies could be lying in wait behind that locked toolbox?
