MW2 DMZ red access key is just one of many access keys that open specific doors across Al Mazrah. MW2 DMZ has a long list of locked doors and keys that you can find across the map but the red access key door can be tough to spot.

Wondering how to get the key, or what it's for? Here is everything you need to know about the MW2 DMZ red access key card.

Where can you get a Red Access Key?

Unfortunately, there is no guaranteed way of getting the red access key, or any key for that matter, in DMZ. The keys are random drops, so to maximize your chances of getting some, you should focus on;

  • Red, Orange, and White Supply Chests
  • SAM Site Drops
  • Supply Drops
  • Enemy Helicopter Supply Cargo
  • Boss Supply Drops

Each of those has a chance of dropping keys, including the MW2 DMZ red access key.

The key is no good if you don't know where the corresponding door is. To find the door in question, head to Building 21. As mentioned, there is no map in this building so you will need to do things the old-fashioned way.

First, head to the second floor. You can take the stairs up, and you will see the number 2 on the wall to let you know which floor you're on. There is a stairwell in each corner of the building, and the closest one to the red access door is the stairwell in the northeast corner.

Just outside the stairs on the second floor, you should see a map of the area on the wall. On the north side of the floor, you should see an area marked "Additional Office". It is arranged as four small offices with a cross-shaped corridor between them.

Go there, and to the end of the corridor at the north end, between the two offices. There you will find a red door, which can be unlocked with your red access key.

That is it for the MW2 DMZ red access key location and its relevant door. For more on the game, check out how to get Damascus dog tag in MW2 DMZ.
