How to complete the Break Check mission in MW2 DMZ

Missions in MW2 DMZ are complex and require quite a bit of focus to complete. With every new season, more missions are added, and with them, different kinds of rewards.

How do you complete the Break Check mission?

The Break Check mission is a Tier 2 mission for the White Lotus faction. The objectives for this mission are:

• Locate the car crash site near the observatory
• Find and extract the hard drive near the crash site
• Drop the hard drive in the Waterways Dead Drop on Ashika Island

How to find the car crash site near the observatory

The observatory referred to in the mission is the Zaya Observatory in Al Mazrah. The area is at the centre of the map where you can easily identify it. The crash site is located at the E6 coordinates of the map, south of the observatory.

There will be a few AI enemies you will have to face when you're on your way to the crash site so be prepared for a bit of combat.

How to find and extract the hard drive near the crash site

After you've reached the crash site near the observatory, your next objective is to find and extract the hard drive near the crash site. The hard drive is located at the back of the car, on the side facing the dirt road.

If you do not find the hard drive, then that means another player has taken the hard drive. You will have to either find the player who took it or get deployed again.

When you have acquired the hard drive, you will have to extract it to complete the objective. If you've failed to extract it, you will have to try again.

How to find the Waterways Dead Drop in Ashika Island

The next objective of the Break Check mission is to drop the hard drive acquired from the crash site in the Waterways Dead Drop on Ashika Island. The Waterways Dead Drop is located near Port Ashika, south of the map. The area is heavily guarded by AI enemies including a couple of Juggernauts. As such, you will have to be really prepared.

Remain on the right side of the tunnels there and start following the path. Eventually, you will find the Waterways Dead Drop, which is just under Tsuki Castle.

Drop the hard drive you acquired in Al Mazrah, and you'll have completed the objective. After doing this, you will have completed the Break Check mission.
