You may wonder if there is Hypercharge Unboxed crossplay, so you can play the shooter with your friends across different platforms. Hypercharge Unboxed is a solo and cooperative third-person and first-person wave-based shooter where players take on the role of toy soldiers against numerous other toys in various familiar household locations like a back garden, bedroom, garage, and more. So take a look at everything we know about Hypercharge Unboxed crossplay, including what platforms can play together.

Hypercharge Unboxed is currently available on PC and the Nintendo Switch, but there is no crossplay between the platforms as of right now. The only form of crossplay currently available for the game is for PC players, allowing Windows and Linux users to play together.

On the game's official website, an FAQ for the Switch version does have a response to a question about crossplay support, where the developers claim "it's something we may implement in the future." Obviously, this doesn't mean it is guaranteed to happen, but they haven't closed off the possibility of it happening.

The game is also soon set to come to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, which may open up the possibility of crossplay again. It would make sense from a population standpoint to implement cross-platform play for all the console versions, but the devs are likely still focusing on porting right now. As they are considering it for the Switch too, they will probably think about it for these consoles too upon release. We'll make sure to update this guide once we get any official news about a crossplay feature.

That's all for our breakdown of the Hypercharge Unboxed crossplay system, and now you know that it is a possibility that the devs are considering.
