Warzone's newest map is on the smaller side, but it's still packed with content, unique POIs, and a slew of secrets and Easter eggs to track down. If you're feeling like going digging for treasure, check out our guide about digging in Warzone

How to dig buried treasure

Before you can go digging for treasure, you will need to pick up a shovel. This is located in the center of the Graveyard POI, right next to an open grave, so just head over to it and interact to pick it up. Once this is done, you can begin your adventure of trying to find the various treasure locations.

Across the various beached on the island, and POIs like Smuggler's Cove, Lighthouse, and Bay, there are mounds of sand where you can find treasure. We've highlighted them on the map above (along with the shovel), but the general rule is to look for the beaches and sandy areas to find them.

Eventually, you should come across mounds of sand that can be interacted with, allowing you to dig them up. This will cause a series of loot to launch out of the sand, typically giving you different weapons, ammo, and pieces of gear such as armor.

Just one of these will be enough to give you a good edge over other players, but if you want to finish the associated Mercenaries of Fortune challenge, you will need to dig up a total of three. Finishing all of the challenges also rewards you with a golden vehicle skin, so it's worth it if you like to flex with cosmetics.
