How To Complete The Storm The Stronghold Mission In DMZ
Click to enlargeStorm The Stronghold is a tier one faction mission for the Legion, and it's one of the more essential missions to finish in DMZ, as it allows players to unlock higher tier faction missions with Legion, while also unlocking White Lotus missions.
The mission is broken up into three steps: collect a Stronghold Keycard, clear a Stronghold, and extract with the White Lotus intel. All of these steps are fairly straightforward, but there can be some potential roadblocks for each part.
Firstly, players will need to locate a Stronghold Keycard. This can be found by defeating enemies and looting them, but a more consistent method is finding a Buy Station and spending $5000 to purchase one. If you want to keep hold of your cash, you'll need to hope RNG is on your side and keep killing various enemies.
Once you have located a keycard, you'll want to head to any Stronghold. These are noted on the map by a padlock symbol, and the keycards are universal, so you can travel to whichever one you want.
Click to enlargeAfter reaching a Stronghold, make sure you're prepared for a fight. It may be worth stocking up on armour, ammo, and health before beginning this next step. After entering a Stronghold, a lot of enemies will spawn in, some of which have strong armour or riot shields.
Be patient and carefully move through the entire Stronghold, clearing every room and downing every enemy you see. In some Strongholds, you may need to clear outside areas like terraces and the roof too. Once every enemy is dead, and you feel safe, you can move onto step three.
Click to enlargeMove back through the Stronghold and check for a White Lotus intel drop. This will have dropped from one of the enemies you killed, so scour the floor of every room, looking for a white sheet of paper (pictured above). You can also grab this while still clearing the Stronghold, but it may be easier to leave it until last.
Once you have the White Lotus intel, all you need to do is exfiltrate from the nearest point without dying. This will complete the Storm the Stronghold mission, and you'll now be ready for more difficult faction missions.
