It’s that time again! The weekly challenges are back on Fortnite and work at tasking players to explore different parts of the game. As always, the majority of them are fairly easy and will come with natural progression, but the odd one still manages to throw a spanner in the works.

One of this week’s offenders asks people to upgrade vehicles with Off-Road Tires and Cow Catchers. It’s a pretty simple process, however, it’s one that many Fortnite players may not have dipped their toes in before. How to upgrade vehicles with Off-Road Tires and Cow Catchers in Fortnite

Firstly, you’re going to need a car and Off-Ride Tires or a Cow Catcher. Thankfully, these aren’t too difficult to find and are fairly common across the Fortnite map. You should find them through general exploration, but you can speed the process up by visiting certain locales across the map.

The best location to find both of these is across the various garages on the map. There are several of these, but be aware, due to the challenge this week, they may be fairly hot drops in a match.

Once you’ve landed, source some Off-Road Tires or Cow Catchers. These are usually found in the surrounding area in lock boxes or casually hanging about. After you’ve grabbed one, look for a car near the garage.

With the Off-Ride Tires or Cow Catchers in hand, throw them at the vehicle as if you were lobbing a grenade and you’ll merge the two. With this challenge in Fortnite, you’ll need to accomplish it three times to mark it as complete and earn the XP reward.
