If you’re wondering where to find Cursed Techniques in Fortnite, then your search ends here. Fortnite's latest crossover event with Jujutsu Kaisen has brought a new gameplay mechanic called Cursed Technique to the battle royale mode.

The unique element has been sourced from the Jujutsu Kaisen anime itself, in which a high school student uses the Cursed Technique to fight against Cursed Spirits.  In the latest update, Fortnite features two different types of these techniques - Straw Doll and Hollow Technique: Purple.

Since it's a new feature in the game, many are having a hard time finding and using these Cursed Techniques in Fortnite. So, here's a comprehensive guide that explains just how to find and use Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Techniques in Fortnite.

Where to find Cursed Techniques

Fortnite Cursed Techniques can be found by destroying Cursed Llamas, a creature that spawns randomly across the map. Like a typical Llama, Cursed ones tend to run away from you when you approach them. Therefore, you might need to chase or shoot them from a distance in order to destroy them.

Each Llama will give you two techniques: the Straw Doll Technique and the Hollow Technique: Purple. As mentioned earlier, these techniques grant you the exclusive powers of the Jujutsu Kaisen characters to have the upper hand over your opponents.

How to use Cursed Techniques

As mentioned earlier, each Cursed Llama will give you two techniques: the Straw Doll Technique and the Hollow Technique: Purple.

Straw Doll Technique

The Straw Doll Technique is a swift hammer combo that launches nails filled with cursed energy. Use this technique to help nail in your win.

Often referred to as just 'Purple,' this cursed technique is a secret combination of cursed techniques that erases buildings in its path and deals damage to enemies over time.

In fact, finding and using these skills is a part of the latest Break the Curse! Quests that will reward you with Cursed Energy. The more Cursed Energy you earn, the more in-game rewards you’ll unlock! Navigate to the Break the Curse! tab in the Lobby to keep track of your Cursed Energy and remaining rewards.
