How to find & collect Birthday Cakes in Fortnite
If you’re wondering where to find Birthday Cakes in Fortnite, then look no further. Fortnite is celebrating its sixth anniversary with a special Birthday Event that runs from September 19 to September 26. During this event, players can complete various Birthday Quests to earn XP and unlock exclusive rewards.
One of the quests is to consume Birthday Cake slices in different matches. Since these items have a few fixed spawn locations, finding them can be daunting, especially for beginners. Therefore, here’s a guide to finding and consuming Birthday Cake in Fortnite.
Where are the Birthday Cakes in Fortnite?
Click to enlargeBirthday Cakes can easily be found at every named location during Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4. To be more precise, there are 15 Birthday Cakes in total, one for each named location on the map. We’ve also marked the exact locations in the above image for your convenience.

Once you land at one of these locations, you will need to consume five cake slices to complete the quest. Also, each slice of cake grants you five health and five shields, so you can always store them in your inventory to heal during emergency situations.

What are the rewards for completing the Fortnite Birthday quests?
Consuming five Birthday Cake slices will reward you with 20,000 XP, which you can eventually use to unlock battle pass rewards. Apart from this, there are three exclusive birthday-themed rewards you can unlock this year:
- Complete 1 Birthday Quest: Birthday Basher Pickaxe
- Complete 3 Birthday Quests: Birthday Dash Spray
- Complete 5 Birthday Quests: Slice O' Six Back Bling
Finally, it’s worth noting that Birthday Quests are live now until September 26, 2023, at 12 AM ET, so make sure to complete them before the deadline.
