How to complete the Long Distance mission in DMZ

The DMZ mode in Call of Duty has a lot of faction missions for players to take part in with varying levels of difficulty. One of them is the Long Distance mission by the Phalanx faction.

How do you complete the Long Distance mission?

This is a Tier 2 story mission for the Phalanx faction. The objectives of this mission are:

• Take the tracker from the dead drop in Vondel’s Zoo
• Use 3 UAV towers in Al Mazrah while carrying the tracker in the same deployment
• Deliver the loaded tracker back to the dead drop at the Zoo

How to find and take the tracker from the Vondel Zoo DMZ Dead Drop

The first part of this mission requires you to take the Tracker, designated as the GPS Triangulator in the game, from the Vondel Zoo DMZ Dead Drop. The dead drop is located at the above location on the map.

The Dead Drop is beside a ladder and a building door with the 'Employees Only' label above it. Simply approach the Dead Drop and acquire the GPS triangulator. Now, exfil from Vondel and move on to the next objective.

How to use the UAV Towers while carrying the tracker in Al-Mazrah

The next objective tasks you with using 3 UAV towers in Al-Mazrah while carrying the GPS triangulator in the same deployment. You will have to be very careful with this as if you lose the GPS triangulator or die, you will have to repeat the previous objective again. Once you've used the UAV Towers, the GPS triangulator will be loaded, and you will have to exfil from Al-Mazrah with it.

How to deliver the loaded tracker to the Vondel Zoo Dead Drop

Now, with the loaded GPS triangulator with you, deploy to Vondel again and deliver that to the Zoo Dead Drop again as well. When you have done that, the mission will be completed, and you will be rewarded. If you die or lose the triangulator, you will have to repeat the previous objectives again.
