If you wish to know about the Bibbidi Bobbidi Oops quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley or are struggling with where to find Olaf's Parasol as part of the game's quest, we've got a rundown of how to activate the quest, where to get the Enchanted Lens materials, and more.

How to start the Bibbidi Bobbidi Oops quest

To get the option for the Bibbidi Bobbidi Oops quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you must first obtain a level seven friendship with the Fairy Godmother who lives in the Pumpkin House in the Forgotten Lands.

The Forgotten Lands require 15,000 Dreamlight and access to the Sunlit Plateau Biome to unlock.

You can raise your friendship with the Fairy Godmother by completing tasks, giving her gifts like flowers, and speaking to her each day. Once you achieve friendship level 2, you can assign her as your companion and ask her to hang out to further increase your friendship.

Once you're at level seven and have completed her previous tasks, you'll get the Bibbidi Bobbidi Oops quest.

How to make Peppermint Tea

Below is the list of steps needed to complete the Fairy Godmother Bibbidi Bobbidi Oops quest in Disney Dreamlight.

First, speak to the Fairy Godmother who will ask you to help fulfil some of the resident's requests. She will give you the recipe for Peppermint Tea and ask you to deliver a sample to Minnie Mouse.

Which object looks out of place in Minnie's house?

After bringing the Peppermint tea to Minnie, you'll be instructed to take a picture of an object that looks 'out of place' in Minnie's House.

Minnie reveals that the Fairy Godmother enchanted something in her house and it is since malfunctioning. Follow these steps to complete the task:

  • Journey to Minnie's house.
  • Once inside, take a photo of the brown arcade machine next to the artwork beside Minnie's bed.
  • Speak to the Fairy Godmother who will ask you to gather materials to make an Enchanted Lens which will then revert the items to normal.

You'll need the following materials to make the Enchanted Lens for the Fairy Godmother:

  • Diamond x2 – These can be mined from rocks in the Forgotten Lands.
  • Glass x3 – can be made from sand at a crafting station or bought at Kristoff's Stall.
  • Dream Shard x5 – These can be found in all biomes by either removing Night Thorns, digging up sparkling spots or feeding favourite foods to Critters.
  • Crystal x5 – Found by mining within the Forgotten Lands. There is a chance to get Crystal from foraging from any of the rocks within the biome.
  • Ask WALL-E for a lens – WALL-E can be unlocked by unlocking his door in the Dream Castle and completing the 'Shy Little Robot' quest.

Once you have the materials, return to the Fairy Godmother who will instruct you to use the Enchanted Lens. To do so, click on it within the inventory menu to auto-equip it.

You will now need to return to Minnie's house and take a photo of the arcade machine between the hours of 4 PM -12 AM. Once you do, you'll notice it turn back to the object it is meant to be - the gramophone.

Equipped with the Enchanted Lens, you must now take photos of the other transformed objects in the valley between 4 AM and 12 PM. The objects will emit a yellow sparkle when you're near them as a clue.

The objects you need to find are:

  • Goofy's new yellow bicycle – This will look like a yellow bear seat, next to Goofy's house.
  • Remy's new Espresso Machine – This will look like a rolled-up cord on top of a side table within Chez Remy.
  • Olaf's parasol – This will look like a flower bed filled with orange and yellow stones, located at the bottom of the Grand Staircase and leading to the dazzling beach.
  • Mother Gothel's mirror – This is within Mother Gothel's home and will look like a couch slanted on its side by her window.

Once you have taken all photos of the objects and transformed them back to their original shapes, return to the Fairy Godmother. This will complete the quest and get you one step further into getting maximum friendship with the Fairy Godmother.
