First off, let's explain exactly where you'll find The Yerhva. Head to Karl's Bay and go to the main road by the tunnels you start in. In the building to the right of The Introspector is where you'll find The Yerhva, with Queen of Riddles signs everywhere and a locked safe facing the door.

The terminal in the middle of the room is the trivia game. Interact with it and you'll be faced with the first question. There's a caveat though; each question has eight possible answers and every time you return to play, the question order will be randomised. It's worth noting that while something like the DEATHLOOP pictograms are related to completing the main lead, this is simply a side objective.

You can find all the answers via in-game notes and collectibles, but if you just want to complete the Queen of Riddles' game, then here are all of the solutions to The Yerhva puzzle in DEATHLOOP.
