The Call of Duty community has become quite accustomed to LMGs in recent years. Having once been a category of weapons that everyone hated, the chunky yet funky class has stepped into 2022, it's not cool to body shame. Warzone was the real birthing of LMGs, thanks to the Bruen, but come Modern Warfare 2, the LMGs have seemingly been pushed a little closer to the AR category. The MG38 LMG is no stranger to CoD too, and this year, with a bit of love, this best Sakin MG38 loadout, longshot medals will be raining in.

The 'MG' of old used to be an instant discard when it came to multiplayer, not blessed with speed or accuracy. While the former isn't getting any quicker, the Sakin MG38 is a very accurate and powerful gun in Modern Warfare 2, with the right attachments.

One way we can inject some well-needed pace into the LMG is by first equipping the 7.62 High-Velocity bullets in the Ammunition slot, which increases bullet velocity. Banker. Then we want accuracy. The Bore-490 muzzle is no snooze in MW2, while the Bruen Silver Series barrel and Bruen G305 Grip Wrap help with recoil control. Finally, you can do either one of two things: add stock for ADS speed or add a sight, at the expense of ADS speed. The best Sakin MG38 loadout attachments aren't a medley for speed, so here's where Double Time, Dead Silence and a pistol come in. Ammo shouldn't be a problem for an LMG meaning you can opt for Bomb Squad over Scavenger, and then Focus is the best pick in perk two, allowing you to be more accurate when ADS and under fire.

Movement isn't quite the Sakin MG30s forte, so for your final perk, Ghost will serve you best, allowing you to slip under the radar, somewhat, in the late game.
