Although it's a two-chambered shotgun, the Lockwood 300 is a one-shot kill at close-mid ranges and can be devastating with the right attachments. Here, you must start with the Heist Stock Mod to plunder so much speed into the gun, and from there it's simply accuracy, accuracy, accuracy. Oh, and a bit more accuracy.

A shotgun is a shotgun though, and unless you're running Overkill (which isn't advised as you'll just whip out an AR at the earliest chance and not learn the shotgun craft), you need a good arsenal too. The Side Arm pistol is a great secondary, blessed with speed with you're reloading, and you'll be wanting a stun grenade to make sure you don't get caught popping two fresh rounds into the chamber.
As for perks, Double Time and Fast Hands are critical, while Scavenger or Bomb Squad are good options to complement Overclock. Here, you'll also want Dead Silence. Don't worry about Ghost too much unless you do like to camp a little, as you'll have so much speed your red dot won't serve as anything but a shadow.
