Is Baldur's Gate 3 on Xbox Game Pass?
No, Baldur's Gate 3 is not on Xbox Game Pass, but as it now has an Xbox release window of late 2023, it could make its way onto the service sometime in the future.
BG3 is currently available on PC, with the PlayStation 5 launch coming soon on September 6.
The game doesn't have a date for its Xbox Series X|S release yet, but on August 24, CEO of Larian, Swen Vincke, confirmed it would be released this year.
"We've found a solution that allows us to bring Baldur's Gate 3 to Xbox players this year still" Swen Tweeted. "All improvements will be there, with split-screen coop on Series X. Series S will not feature split-screen coop, but will also include cross-save progression between Steam and Xbox Series."
Initially, the issue with the Xbox release was keeping feature parity, as the split-screen coop would not work on the Series S, which was confirmed in a Reddit post by a community manager on r/BaldursGate3.
Clearly, Xbox and Larian managed to come to some sort of agreement and scrapped split-screen coop on the Series S, so the game could be released sooner.

Will Baldur's Gate 3 go on Xbox Game Pass?
It's unknown if Baldur's Gate 3 will ever come to Xbox Game Pass. Once it does release on the Xbox Series X|S, there's no reason it couldn't, but we can't say for certain as none of their previous games have been added to Game Pass before.
