Blimey, Halo Infinite ducked out a bit, didn't it? The Xbox icon has trundled for a bit now, and while it's not exactly at the height of its game anymore, it still has a lot of fans, who are beginning to wonder where their promised Halo Infinite DLC is. And… we've got nothing. Where on earth is it?
Of course, the game still has a strong player base - the return to form for the shooter series was a massive deal upon launch, and its free-to-play multiplayer brought new and old fans alike back to beam each other in battles for absolute supremacy nicely.
Is A Halo Infinite DLC Coming?
Back in December, we saw Microsoft land the trademark for something called "The Endless." Given that this is the same name as a species of ancient aliens that are referenced in the campaign of Halo Infinite, many right assumed this could be our first tease of a Halo Infinite DLC.
Fans also naturally presumed "The Endless" would reveal itself to be the DLC's title, but now over halfway through the next year, we're yet to actually hear anything from this.
Players are growing irritated with not having seen anything from the game that was designed to revamp the Halo series, which hasn't seen any substantial content since its launch. And it's starting to seem like Microsoft is rubbing it in a bit.
What's With All Of The Halo DLC For Other Games?
While players are waiting for more content to finally land in Halo Infinite, it seems like everyone else is getting to have their fun with Master Chief. Most recently, it was revealed that a collection of Halo costumes are coming to Fall Guys to commemorate its arrival on Xbox as a free-to-play title.
If that wasn't enough of a middle finger, Microsoft Flight Simulator just got the monstrous Pelican from Infinite - so god damn, where's our DLC? Who knows when we'll see some more content added or this mythical Halo Infinite DLC, but one thing's for sure - we could do with it soon. We're not willing to let Master Chief peter out just yet.

Playing Halo 2 in third-person makes it better than ever
When you think of Halo you most likely categorise it as a first-person shooter, which makes sense since that is exactly what it is. At least, it was until modders shone a whole new light on Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2, allowing players to experience Halo in the third person.
