The In-isa Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom can be quite tricky to figure out - especially as it's your first encounter with an entirely new Rune Ability. While the shrines in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom follow roughly the same structure, the game has plenty of new tricks up its sleeve that will be sure to surprise you and leave you puzzled.

This particular Shrine lets you grapple with the new Fuse Rune Ability, which brings so much depth to every weapon you pick up and enemies that you encounter. From now on the answer is most likely in your own hands, it is just up to you to figure out what it actually is. But don't worry, follow our rundown below and you'll finish the Shrine in no time.

How do you complete the In-isa Shrine?

The first thing you're going to want to do is use your new Fuse Rune Ability to combine one of your weapons with the rock/boulder that is in the starting area. Then, use that new weapon to hit through the rock wall ahead and it should open up a new path.

How to get the ivy chest

The next mandatory step of the In-isa Shrine requires you to open a chest on a raised platform surrounded by ivy. To do this, you will want to make sure that you've picked up the Fire Fruit that is available on the plants. Then, draw your bow, press up on the d-pad, and select the Fire Fruit to set your arrow alight.

You'll then want to shoot the flaming arrow at the ivy to set it alight and the chest should fall into the space below ready for you to claim. It houses a Small Key, which you will need to progress through the Shrine.

How to get the stone chest

The other chest across from the ivy puzzle however is optional, but is thankfully very easy to get. All you need to do is knock down the platform that it stands on with your rock-fused weapon, and you can then claim the five arrows that live inside.

How to defeat the Zonai enemy

The next and last part of the In-isa Shrine in TOTK tasks you with defeating a challenging Zonai, but one trick will help you knock off a significant chunk of its health. Fuse an arrow with a Fire Fruit again and shoot that at the ivy underneath the Zonai.

This should take off at least half of its health, and then all you need to do is go up and whack it a couple of times and it should be destroyed.

Knock through the final rock wall with your rock weapon to reach the end of the Shrine and claim your Light of Blessing.

Where is the In-isa Shrine?

The In-isa Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is found on the southwest side of Great Sky Island, underneath the large lake. The specific map coordinates are 0027, -1503, 1408.

You will need to create a boat in order to cross the large lake and reach this shrine, so make sure to search for the right components on the shore surrounding the water. There are a couple of enemies that you will need to face along the way, but otherwise, this Shrine shouldn't be too difficult to reach.
