Warzone Season 5 Reloaded is here for the latest update in the Call of Duty battle royale and Activision has laid out some serious plans. There's going to be two new modes, an in-season mystery, a new operator, melee weapon, shop bundles, and more. And that's only the Warzone content - the Black Ops Cold War season runs alongside it with two new maps, including a reimagining of Zoo from Black Ops 2. Here's everything coming to Warzone Season 5 Reloaded with the roadmap.

The image above details everything fans can expect from the Warzone Season 5 Reloaded roadmap, across all games and modes. There's a lot of new Black Ops Cold War content coming, especially on the Zombies front. Below are the details of everything new and coming to Warzone.

Warzone Season 5 Reloaded: New Modes

First up are the two brand-new modes in Warzone Season 5 Reloaded. Clash will be available from the get-go when Season 5 Reloaded starts on September 9, and it's essentially a ginormous Team Deathmatch. 100 players split into two teams of 50, battling it out in Verdansk. Unlimited respawns and loadouts feature, while buy stations and contracts will also stay.

The other new mode is Iron Trials '84, which unfortunately won't be available at the start of Season 5 Reloaded, but instead it will debut further into the season. This is one for the die-hard Warzone players, because it's essentially a more competitive version of the normal battle royale. The most notable change is that players have increased health and adjusted healing rates, which leads to a much longer time-to-kill. This makes combat more skill reliant and will help eliminate campers.

On top of that, there'll be no free loadout drops, and the gulag will be tougher because akimbo weapons, fully and semi-auto shotguns are removed, and there'll be almost no tactical equipment. Raw gun skill only, baby. Winning your gulag fight does allow you to redeploy with the weapons you had in the gulag though, so long gone are the days of dropping with nothing to defend yourself.

Warzone Season 5 Reloaded: New Operator And Weapon

When it comes to the new operator, players can finally get their hands on Jason Hudson, an iconic Black Ops character who was one of the original CIA agents to interrogate Mason. It's a fitting return thanks to the in-game event taking place this season, which Black Ops fans will be intrigued by. More on that below.

The new weapon is the Sai melee weapon, which is actually a reward for the aforementioned in-game event. So you can't unlock it through the store or a simple challenge; you'll need to complete the following event.

The numbers, Mason. What do they mean?!

This iconic quote will be familiar to anyone who played the original Black Ops and the quote returns in the Numbers Event. This begins later in the season and is related to the recent Mobile Broadcast Stations that popped up around Verdansk at the start of season five.

Starting at 10am PT on September 21, the Mobile Broadcast Stations will start playing the "Dragovich Program" tapes, also known as the Numbers Program. There are nine stations in total and interacting with each of them will reward you with a unique charm, calling card, or sticker, along with some XP and $2,000 in the current match. Complete all nine, and you'll unlock the Sai melee weapon.
