Stellar Blade has several cosmetic options that allow you to change EVE’s appearance, including deciding on the length of her ponytail, something you can do right from the moment you start playing the game.

If you’re looking to find out whether to have the ponytail long or short and how to change it quickly in Stellar Blade, then this may just be the guide for you.

Should you make EVE's ponytail long or short?

To put it plainly, it’s really up to you what length you have EVE’s ponytail, as it only serves a cosmetic purpose and doesn’t affect gameplay in the slightest. As you can see in the image below, there isn't much difference between the two options.

Having the short ponytail will keep it from waving it around so much. If you find that it is getting in your way or fluttering around too much while you’re running, it may be best to keep it short.

Changing EVE’s ponytail in Stellar Blade is pretty simple and can be done in just a few simple steps. From the settings menu as shown in the above image, you'll have no trouble changing the length of the ponytail:

  • Pause the game
  • Head to the Settings option in the Pause Menu
  • In the Gameplay section, scroll down to the Ponytail Length section
  • Switch the ponytail length to your preference

Once you’ve got the ponytail length to your liking, you’ll be able to change it whenever you like in the game. So, if you get bored, you can give yourself a quick haircut. That is, alongside the other hairstyles you can choose from.
