Knowing how to customize your Lightsaber in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is essential if you want to create the ultimate weapon to take down your foes.

Luckily, it's possible to customize each aspect of Cal's Lightsaber in the game, from the colour of the blade to all of the components that make up the hilt.

How to unlock Lightsaber customization

Unlocking Lightsaber customization is extremely simple and shouldn't take you very long to achieve, as all you have to do is progress through the entire opening mission until you reach the Mantis ship.

On board, Cal will gain access to a Workbench for the first time and this is where you'll be able to fully customize your Lightsaber, BD-1, and change your stances.

How to change the Lightsaber colour

One of the most important parts of a Lightsaber is its colour and luckily, the game makes changing its appearance very easy. With nine colours to choose from, there's a blade for every Jedi. Simply follow the steps below to customize your Lightsaber colour:

  1. Interact with Workbench
  2. Select 'Lightsaber' from the three option
  3. Navigate to the 'Blade' tab
  4. Here you'll be able to choose your Lightsaber colour

How to customize your Lightsaber

Alongside the 'Blade' tab in the Lightsaber section of the Workbench is the Components and Materials tab. In Components, you can customize every part of the hilt with different attachments that you collect on your journey. These all look completely different and allow you to make your Lightsaber extremely personal with the countless combinations.

The Materials tab is where you can change the colour of your hilt and even the condition of your Lightsaber. So whether you want to create a pristine weapon that looks factory new or an ancient battle-tested saber, it's all possible in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.
