The merchant who buys Datadiscs is Zee. She will be based on the second floor of the Koboh Saloon once you have freed her as part of the main story.
Zee is unlocked very early on in the main quest, shortly after you reach Koboh and is a very important part of the main storyline in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. It shouldn't take you too long to find her, so if you haven't come across her yet, keep on following the main quest.

What to buy first with Datadiscs in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor?

The perks she has on offer can be very handy, and early on in the game, the best perk she sells is the Wisdom perk. The Wisdom perk will increase how much XP you can earn from beating enemies and will cost you five Datadiscs.
We recommend saving up for this perk first, as it will help you level up your force abilities more quickly. The game gets much more difficult quite quickly, so any help you can get to level up faster is worth taking.
