Pomegranites can be found on Ember Valley, you'll need to get past the Crystal Gordo before getting to the location you need, however. The location of the Crystal Gordo is marked on the map above and will require you to travel through the caves of Ember Island.

The Crystal Gordo stands on a geyser which you'll need to ride to get to the top levels of the mountain range where the Pomegranites grow. You'll also need the Jetpack upgrade to make the distance.

You can get the Jetpack upgrade from the Fabricator in the Science Lab underneath the Conservatory, you'll need Radiant Ore to construct it, however.

Crystal Slime's favourite food is Odd Onions, collect around 20 of these to get past the Crystal Gordo otherwise, any veggies will work but you'll need around 30 of them.

Feed the Crystal Gordo until it explodes and ride the Geyser up to the mountaintops. There should be a Pomegranite tree located close to the Tabby Gordo Island.

Collect any Pomegranites you need, you'll only require one to be able to grow a Pomegranite tree of your own back at the conservatory.

Additionally, you can feed the nearby Tabby Gordo to unlock a shortcut back to Rainbow Island, simply feed it meat. Tabby Slimes love Stony Hens in particular.
