To collect Deep Brine, you'll first need to harvest some Cotton Plorts and trade them into the Fabricator in exchange for a Resources Harvester. You'll find your Fabricator in the Science Lab on the lower basement levels of the Conservatory.

 

You can get Cotton Plorts by feeding veggies to Cotton Slimes, the rabbit-like slimes located near the Conservatory.

Once you have your Resources Harvester, explore around the map and find the mini geysers which will spawn randomly each day. They are usually dotted around the Conservatory in little alcoves, check the pathways leading out of the Science Lab.

Once you find one, simply use the gun to suck up the water from the geyser, you'll have a randomised chance of picking up Deep Brine from this. You may need to locate several geysers to build up an inventory of Deep Brine.
